Brief Answer:
Seems to be pharyngitis with gastritis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having pain in throat and chest.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be pharyngitis with gastritis secondary to hookka smoking.

Chest pain during postural changes could be due to trauma or muscular catch.

I suggest you to follow - 1. ent surgeon/ local physician consultation for a course of antibiotics and antacid medications. 2. need to quit smoking, 2. stop taking oily spicy junk foods, 3. salt water gargling twice daily. 4. take timely meals to avoid burning chest pain, 5. avoid water per ear (plug them with dry cotton during bath) and stop sniffing (hookka smoking can cause ear infection).

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Right sided chest pain always occurs secondary to pleuritic (lung) or due to muscular (muscles of chest). Any way, evaluate the cause from local physician or ent surgeon.

All the best. Take care.
