Question : i think I've been exposed to black mold. i always have congestion in my lungs. i heard that some kind of infusion with garlic and water would help this go away. what do you think?

Understand your concern

Your congestion may be due to mold exposure or COPD.
I would suggest proper medical assessment for current problem:
Chest x-ray, Blood test for mold allergen: Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay and radioallergosorbent test.

Infusion of garlic and water would not help.
I would suggest following advice for mold exposure:
Avoid exposure to mold, cold and polluted enviornment.
Take Antihistamine/anti-allergic drug and steroid group of drug.
