Brief Answer:
needs to see gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
It sounds like he may have some sort of inflammatory condition. The mouth ulcers, reflux and diarrhea make me concerned that he may have something like inflammatory bowel disease, either ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. He would need to see a gastroenterologist to make this diagnosis.
His chest congestion and ear infections may not be related but also could be a sign of an inflammatory condition.
I recommend that you put him on a daily multivitamin and a daily probiotic. Then make sure he sees a gastroenterologist as soon as possible
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
