Question : My mother has got minor chest congestion and feveefor which dr prescribed her antibiotic azithromycin and Sumo tab. She is a arthiritis patient and takes medrol 4 mg everyday. Just want to ask. Wether its safe to give medrol along with azithromycin and sumo tablet.

Yes you can give Azithromycin, Sumo and Medrol together for a short time.
But there can be severe acidity.
So make sure you give the medicines for say about three days and give something like Omeprazole at least twice a day--it should be OK.
