Question : Chest pain upper right, followed by tightness in chest, some difficulty breathing, then hot flash, then stomach queasiness.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Whenever a case of chest pain is reported, it is mandatory protocol to conduct an EKG (ECG) on the individual, because it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Although, the location and associated symptoms you are experiencing are more indicative of a gastrointestinal (GIT) issue, it would still be best considering your age and gender to get an EKG.

Once a cardiac issue has been ruled out, we can consider a gastric cause and treat you for it accordingly. At the doctors or the ER, once the cardiac cause is ruled out you can request the doctor to give you a shot of pantoprazole which should help ease the pain caused by the underlying gastric cause.
