Brief Answer:
Canker sore / aphthous ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Losing weight is a stressful time and needs evaluation of the body before starting it. Also the weight should be lost a a very slowest possible pace , recommended is 2 to 3 pounds in a week and no more than 20 to 30 pounds in one session of no more than 3 months at all.

It appears you have aphthous ulcers and feeling something stuck in throat is due to tonsillar engorgement and may be related the acid reflux if any in your case. Other possible causes can be accidental cheek and tongue bite, overzealous brushing, toothpastes containing sodium lauryl sulfates, a diet lacking in B12 zinc folate or iron, emotional stress, hormonal shifts during your menstruation, celiac disease, autoimmune disorders like lupus and behcet' etc.

No worries. All you need to do is reduce the pace of losing weight, apply some corticosteroid oral gel and do salt water gargles regularly. Talk to an oral hygienist and let them help you in this regard. I usually advise topical steroid gels in combination with an antifungal oral gel, always work like charm , Also dabbing small amount of milk of magnesia many times a day on the ulcer also works . Applying ice to the sore and brushing gently will also help in preventing recurrence.

Try to consult a doctor at an earliest convenience if the ulcers recurs even after the treatment as recurrent aphthous ulcers in women should be sorted out for other causes too.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
