Detailed Answer:
Greetings and welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. Thank you for your question.
I will start writing my answer by reassuring you that this is a normal phenomenon. There are many situations and many everyday factors that may generate a skipped heart beat, especially the situations that produces increased demands on the human organism. Also, various changes within the ribcage that happen due to physical effort, switching positions etc., may cause this phenomenon. The upper mentioned situations include vigorous physical effort, substantial amounts of psychological stress, consuming caffeine-containing beverages etc. Every person may experience extrasystoles (skipped heart beats) under these circumstances, therefore you have nothing to be worried about. Furthermore, having all the cardiac tests normal, is a further fact to be reassured that there is nothing to be worried about. I would recommend you not to be intimidated by this single event, and continue with your exercise programme.
I hope my answer is helpful. If you have follow-up questions, I would be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Dr. Meriton

For my info Does the huge effort i did after what i felt like carrying a 22 KG dumbell 8 flighs of stairs (Running) is a good indication that the pain i felt is nothing to be worried about .
When i did an echocardiogram the Dr told me that i have a very strong heart muscel ( Thanks God ) .
Stick to your exercise plan
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome back.
Not at all, I am glad the information I provided, was helpful to you.
I would recommend you to keep up with your exercise programme. Due to changes in pressures within the ribcage cavity and the labored breathing in cases of vigorous activity, even the intercostal muscles may produce episodes of slight pain, not heart-related, which should not stop you from your physical exercise.
I hope my follow-up was helpful. If you do not have further questions, close the discussion and rate the answer.
Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
