Brief Answer:
Symptoms are typical for GERD
Detailed Answer:
Hi back and thank your giving more of your medical data.
You are reporting to have stomach pain , belching and chest pain.
These symptoms are mostly related with GERD ( acid reflux). The stomach acid pass throw esophagus and cause belching, burning and stomach pain.
At you situation I would suggest to do :
-upper endoscopy
Meantime I would recommend to :
- use Prilosec OTC
- use antacid like gaviscon
- eat often and small amount of meal
- use two pillows when you lay down
- avoid fatty and spicy foods
- avoid coffee, chocolate and carbonated drinks
- increase physical activity
- avoid unnecessary stress.
To my opinion your symptoms has nothing to do with heart problems, moreover It's unlikely at you age to have heart attack.
Hope it was helpful to you!
