Brief Answer:
I need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your maid's symptoms. I need more information to make the correct diagnosis.

Where exactly is the pain- centre of chest or left side of chest? Does the pain increase on walking or climbing stairs? Is there burning sensation in the upper abdomen or behind the chest?

Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)

Brief Answer:
Then, there is no need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Right sided chest pain is usually of muscle origin. Ointments such as ketorol gel or volini gel can be applied. It is not suggestive of heart disease.

Best wishes,
