Question : I am 66yrs. young diagnosed with thoracic aneurysmssuesss and bicuspid valve issues. I have been having rib to rib chest pain...should I go to E. R.

I recommend going immediately in the Emergency department to rule out life threatening conditions especially rupture of thoracic aneurysm.
