Question : Hi Doctor,
My Mother of Age 58 yrs had a chest pain with symptoms of vomit, pain while swallowing food or talking last week. On visit to Cardiologist and after ECG the doctor said everything is normal and prescribed medicine T. PAN D.
My mother still has pain sometimes and difficult to swallow food . Please advice.

I understand your concern
Well possibly she has some inflammation in esophagus due to some ulcer.
It can be diagnosed only on evaluation by endoscopy.
But if symptoms are mild and subside then can wait on same for few days n see how she feels.
Ensure she does not consume any painkillers and does not sleep two hours after meals.
Can give some oral liquid antacid like mucaine
15 ml before meals for 5 days.
