Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Anxiety plus muscle cramps
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
As far as chest pain is concerned , i agree with your doctor. age of 23 is too young to have any morbib etiology behind this. Stress does that quite often. All your labs have come clean. SO it should not be a problem to worry about.
Usually GERD / gastric reflux, pulmonary issues like (pleurisy , infections, arthritis, lupus etc) peptic ulcers, pancreatitis, gallbladder issues etc are all associated with chest pain and it needs thinking out ofthe box to sort them out.
potential cause of chest pain is anxiety and panic attacks. Some associated symptoms can include dizziness, sensation of shortness of breath, palpitations, tingling sensations, and trembling. And it seems likely your case.
Now the thigh pain, to me that looks like some musculoskeletal origin pain, happens after strenuous exercises or running etc, It could be a pinched nerve. NAy how it needs a little spinal and hip x rays to sort it out. If cleared then all you would need is some muscle relaxants and physiotherapy.
If all cleared out, you may be considered for Fibromyalgia too. Let your rheumatologist be the judge of that.
Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.
