                                            Possibly Gerd induced
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible cardiac lesion. I think I would suggest that you get a coronary angiography done. It's a gold standard test for these purposes.
I also feel that this chest pain may be gastritis and GERD induced. You may have to take Tab Neksium 40 mg twice a day, prior to food.
An endoscopy to rule out severe ulceration is also indicated. Syr Sucralfate 2tsf 4 times a day will also help.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
