Patient with chest pain is considered to have ischemic heart diesease or acute lung disorder. This means that complete blood picture must be done, with liver functional tests,kidney lab tests,inflammatory markers and acid-base status. Also, ECG, lung xrays,troponines and kreatine kynase must be done to rule out myocardial infarct. WIsh you good health. Regards
