Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Question: hi im 19 years old. I play soccer and I started having some chest and maybe lung pains when I was 16. I thought it wasn't a big deal, but when I turned 17 the pain became even worse. I went to see a doctor and I got an ECG scan towards the end of 2013. The doctor said nothing was wrong but prescribed some drugs. The pain was reduced for a while but during 2014 and 2015 the pain has gone worse. it is always worse after I do strenuous physical exercise or when I masturbate. It gets worse especially when I masturbate and ejaculate. I don't know why this pain is occurring. Most of the time when I play a soccer match I don't feel the pain. The only time when I feel pain after a football match is when I masturbate a day before the match. When I don't masturbate a day before the match, I don't feel any pain. Sometimes the pain spreads to my left arm, shoulder, and my left wrist and sometimes my back, but it's mostly my left side of the body. Sometimes the pain is stinging. Very few times I feel a stinging pain in my right lung...but it goes away when I inhale slowly.I haven't seen a doctor to explain this particular issue since 2013 due to me being scared of having a diagnosis of any heart or lung condtion. I don't want to give up playing football or going to the gym and sometimes i feel the urge to masturbate frequently and I do masturbate frequently. I,m very scared because something tells me to go see a doctor.

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
First of all your pain isn't typical for any cardiopulmonary disorders. Secondly you should contact your doctor to find out what is causing your pain.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- Blood work
- ECG
- Cardiac Echo
- Stress test
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Chest x-ray
- Upper endoscopy
If all the mentioned examinations will be normal then your problems are psychological and you should contact a psychologist to deal with your problems.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,
You shouldn't worry it will not affect your football as long as you avoid masturbation the nigh before match. Although you may experience a slight pain or discomfort you shouldn't stop training.
Hope this will be of help!
