Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

I would recommend as follows :
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would like to say that it is necessary to perform a differential diagnosis of your chest pain, in order to exclude a myocardial ischemic origin of your pain, which is not rarely encountered in valvular disease patients.
So if the chest pain keeps repeating again, disturbing in nature, I recommend you to an ER doctor, for a direct review of the pain character (Is it sharp, well localised or visceral? Is it modulated by respiration or posture or agravated by physical stress? etc.), a resting ECG, cardiac enzymes (CK-MB, troponin I ), chest X ray study and of course a physical examination to exclude that way a possible cardiac ischaemia.
Hope to have been helpful!
Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!
Greetings!
