Question : I have been having a chest pain for the last 11 hrs till now and I feel like I want to vomit..what can I do to stop it?

I am so sorry to hear about your pain. This is suggestive of gastritis and I will like that you use omeprazole. This is available over the counter and generally provides rapid relief. In addition to this, you may want to use an antacid such as maalox which when used together provides even faster relief.
