Question : I am 59, have diabetes, high blood pressure, and have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I am feeling tightness and a ltitle difficulty breathing. I am on vacation out of my home state. Can I wait till I get home on the 25th, or should I see someone rightaway?

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and feel strongly that you must go to ER without wait.
Nature and history of problems like diabetes with hypertension with CHF makes your symptoms of breathlessness and chest tightness very scary and can not be ignored.
I know you are on vacation but life is much precious and can not be put at stake.
