Question: Spend a lot of time outdoors. Have what I think is a terrible case of chiggers. What is the best way to get relief? Please help!! XXXX.

You can take antihistamines and apply calamine lotion.

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. You can apply cool compress. Applying calamine lotion will be helpful. If that doesn't give relief then you can use corticosteroid creams like hydrocortisone. Taking over the counter antihistamines like benadryl will be helpful also.
