                                    It was a stroke n i can use my right hand n leg many drs told by physiotherapy it can be received

If it was a stroke and as I assume, years must have passed, there are lesser chances of complete improvement. However, with physiotherapy,some improvement might occur.I know that may be disappointing to hear but that's how the disease behaves.
