Brief Answer:
Avoid ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Avoid ibuprofen as it can decrease your platelet count more in case of viral hemorhagic fevers like dengue. You can take acetaminophen(paracetamol) which is safe.
As your fever is already 3 days better to do blood routine test including platelet count and serum bilirubin, urine routine. This will be helpful to rule out what type of fever you are having. It also help to rule out jaundice.
Take warm fluids. You can also take chewable vitamin c, tea with lemon and honey, warm chicken soup with pepper.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks
