Brief Answer:
rhinitis (and sinusitis?)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your situation sounds like common cold which involves nasal inflammation (with runny and stuffy nose), mild headache, no fever or low grade fever, cough, malaise...

Sinusitis usually occurs 3-4 days after the initial symptoms of common cold. Headache is more severe and it seems like a sudden worsening of the same symptoms. Sometimes there's also fever.

Common cold is managed with symptomatic measures only (drugs against nasal congestion and runny nose that is decongestants and antihistamines) and nasal irrigation with normal saline. The same measures can be used against sinusitis too but antibiotics are usually also needed.

Paracetamol may help in both types of infection to relieve the chills and malaise.

If you have fever I would suggest visiting a doctor for a complete assessment.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
