You have been feeling pain in your low back that is now radiating into your groin along with fever. This sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infections can cause low back pain along with fever and is very common in women. I recommend that you see your medical provider so they can check your urine for a UTI and culture it if it is positive. Once you are diagnosed then you can start on antibiotics. We can't write prescriptions through this service.
