Brief Answer:
See both Colorectal surgeon and Dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have chronic anal itching.
As per the medications tried, yo uwere given steroid creams anti fungal medicine and treatment for vaginal candidiasis.
The problem could be a skin issue than a vaginal issue since you were completely treated for it. So a dermatologist opinion is needed with examination.
The other reason could be a rectal issue which a colon surgeon can handle it well.
Sometimes parasite infections can cause chronic itch.

So I suggest you to get appointment with both Colorectal surgeon and Dermatologist as well. This problem may require better examination with swab culture to understand the cause. TIll now it was treated with no documentary diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
Antihelminths

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for giving more info. Was colonoscopy done at all? Do you have any other symptoms except itching?
Parasites like Pin work, hook worm cause itches the skin around.
You can ask for stool microscopy for ova and eggs of the parasite... This helps to know if it is parasite.
If confirms then antihelminths like Albendazole and Mebendazole are available.

Brief Answer:
Using Aloe vera gel over the itch area, cut the nails

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Aloe vera gel would definitely help soothen and heal the area.
Cut the nails as it helps break the itch scratch cycle.
Wear tight clothes at night so that you cannot scratch or reach the area to scratch.
