Question : Chronic Severe low back pain. 2 previous L5S1 spinal fusions. experiencing extreme pain in Right SI joint. nerve pain on right buttock and hip, down back of leg.

I have gone through your question and reports.
Your X-ray is showing haziness over right sacroiliac joint probably due to sacroiliatis .
Have you got investigated for HLA B27, ESR?
Any other joint pain, diarrhoea?
Any rheumatological consultation?
Are you suffering from any other medical condition?
Please provide these details with available blood reports too.
