Brief Answer:
Whether second operation will be needed depends upon first operation .

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are backache with neuralgic pain. You are likely to be benefitted by analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Back excercises and physiotherapy is helpful. You are likely to get benefitted by Mecobalamine. You have not mentioned what was the first operation done? Whether second operation will be needed depends upon first operation and fresh MRI report. Waiting for your response.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

THANKS DR. I HAVE JUST FORWARDED DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE OPERATION. MY FIRST OPERATION DID A LOT. IT RELIEVED ME OF NUMBNESS FROM MY WAIST DOWN TO MY TOES. I OULD WALK FOR AS LONG AS I WANT. AFTER THE OPERATION SINCE 2008 I WAS MUCH STRONGER UNTIL 2013 WHEN I STARTED HAVING PAINS IN MY LEGS. I'LL GET HOLD OF MY RECENT MRI RESULT AND FORWARD IT ASAP FOR BETTER ADVISE. I'VE EXPERIENCED PATIAL NUMBNESS IN MY LEGS THIS YEAR AFTER ABOUT ALMOST 1 HOUR WALK, THOUGH NOT AS BEFORE MY OPERATION IN 2008.

I have done just and I'm waiting for your response on my rest queries.

Brief Answer:
Avoid second operation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
One hour walk is quite sufficient. I think you can continue with physiotherapy and back excercises. I will not advice second operation as you has sufficient 1 hour walking and numbness occur after that. Neurotropic agents such as Mecobalamine are of help.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
