Question : Hi,
For roughly 6 months(last Feb - july) I had chronic back pain. I visited a doctor & he suggested me to get B12 & vit d tested in last August. Vit d came as 23.6 ng/ml. He initially suggested uprise D3 60k per week for 1 month. But it did not improve much. Then I visited another doctor. he suggested to take Arachitol (6 lakh) injection. I took it on 13th dec last year. everything was fixed. I was even getting sunlight exposure daily for 10 minutes. All pain gone. But due to minor typhoid in Feb this month, I could not get much sun exposure whole 1.5 month & symptoms seems to be re-appearing. Can I take uprise D3 60k safely now to raise level or should I get tested again for D3 level & consult a doctor again. Appreciate your help.
