Brief Answer:
bisacodyl will help in gaining urge.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have carefully and thoroughly gone through the problem that you have stated. Chronic constipation is often a problem related to gastrointestinal motility. There is a forward peristaltic movement is responsible for moving the food matter downwards and forward through the intestines as the food gets digested, absorbed and converted into feces before it is expelled out as excreta. A slowing or irregularity of this movement will make things stagnate in between. Sometimes this is related to the nerve supply of the intestines but there is hardly anything that you can do about it.
The solution would be in going for a fiber rich diet and dietary fiber supplements and the use stool softeners. I understand that you have already tried these measures but regular morning walk and exercise alongside is a must. Please avoid red meats as they induce constipation. You may try purgatives like bisacodyl if you want to gain the urge but I would suggest restricted usage. It is hard to give you a spefic suggetion that could actually provide relief.
