Chronic cough with hearing loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
The hearing loss can be due to eustachian tube blockage due to nasal congestion or throat infection.
Please tell me do you have any nasal blockage too?
Get a x-ray chest P A view done and sputum examination for AFB staining done. Get a pure tone audiometry to see the cause and type of hearing loss.
Use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day and take tablet levocetrizine plus pseudoephedrine twice daily for a week.
Take steam inhalation.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
