Brief Answer:
All the medicines are safe to use in your child.

As per the symptoms you have described, she seems to be suffering from asthma like disease which are more common if parents of the child have any allergic diseases.

The child has to be treated with antiasthmatic medications for 6 months to relieve her of the problem.

Here Asthalin and budecort are the asthma medications which has to be continued as inhaler for 6 months.

Synclar is a antibiotic which may be given for 5-7 days and then stop.

Syr chericof has no role, if it is a asthmatic cough.

All the medicines are safe to use in your child.

Thanks for the quick response.

I am worried, is this a Asthma? Because either the parents or grandparents is not affected with Asthma. And will this be throughout her life. How should we take care of my daughter if we need to eradicate asthma completely from her.

Thanks in advance for your sincere explanation and have a good day ahead.

Brief Answer:
Need to examine.

Detailed Answer:
Asthma diagnosis requires examination of the patient and certain supportive test like eosinophil count, FeNo etc. Thus your doctor will only be able to confirm the diagnosis.

Asthma care is taking medications regularly. Ensuring dust smoke free environment. No smoking in house.
