Brief Answer:
3 steps may help

Detailed Answer:
IBS itself may be the cause of diarrhoea.
It's called IBS D in such situations.
The best solution for your problem would be high fiber diet, plenty of fluids and isapghula husk 3tsf at bedtime.
The combination of the 3 steps should definitely bring down your drug intake.
I have assumed that you have had a colonoscopy done. Get it done if not so.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Yes, I've had 3 colonoscopies in the last 15 years.
What is isapghula husk and is it safe with my other meds?
Thanks
