Suggest Treatment For Chronic Epididymitis In The Right Testicle

Question: I have chronic epidimitys in my right testicle, I have a buddy of mine who said that if you masturbate it will help relive the pain and will also get the old sperm out is this true?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in right testicle due to chronic infection of Epididymis (Chronic Epididymitis.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.

1) Have you ever consulted qualified Doctor to get clinically examined and did following tests to confirm the diagnosis ?
2) Have you done ultrasound scanning of scrotum?

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.

1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime 200mg along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily(after proper prescription by your local physician) .

ok then will me wearing a jockstrap aleave the pain in my testicles to give me more comfort. I sometimes do not wear any underwear at all and it seems that if I don't have anything on my scrotum hangs to much and it causes me more pain because of no support. I did masturbate a few times to see if the pain would go away but it seems to cause more pain after I ejaculated
