Question : I have been sleeping for days.. I do work a full time job, but when I get home I go straight to sleep and I sleep all.weekend, literally.... this has been going on for two weeks.. what's that mean???

Excessive sleepiness is most often due to thyroid dysfunction, please get yourself checked for thyroid.
The other known causes are

1. Snoring while sleeping. More common in obese individuals
2. B12 deficiency
3. Chronic fatigue syndrome, where individuals dont get quality nighttime sleep which makes them very sleep all the time
4. Certain drugs, example narcotic group of drugs cause excessive sleepiness
