Question : i have chronic weak feeling though out my body as if Im walking under water like my potassium is failing. I drink Pedilite to counter problem but to no avail.

As I was reviewing your medical history, I noted that you're taking blood pressure pill, can you please tell me the names?
If you are using a diuretic, then, it might cause electrolytes imbalance. Measuring your blood electrolytes level will help understand your current situation and to find the best solution.

Next, oscillations in blood pressure and sugar levels can also cause general weakness.

Low thyroid and any other endocrine problems can also be the cause.

You can discuss it further with your doctor to find the cause and proper treatment.
If no organic problem, then, psychological support is required.
