Brief Answer:
Ultrasound therapy, Cervical sympathectomy

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

CRPS usually needs treatment with physiotherapy specifically Ultrasound therapy, Vitamin C intake, ice application.

The last resort is cervical sympathectomy or surgical ablation of the sympathetic nerve that is causing this problem.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
