Brief Answer:
Your comorbidities need to be managed first. No drinking please.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

The first thing to ask is whether you are an alcoholic and whether you have any regular ongoing medication. The answer to the significance of the GGT level will depend on this answer. The levels can be raised in case of chronic liver injury due to alcohol. In that case, the solution would be to refrain from alcohol totally.

What you have not asked about is that your blood sugar levels as well as the triglyceride levels are very high and need to be managed with priority. Please visit a doctor and get yourself evaluated.

Hope that helps.
