Suggest Treatment For Chronic Low Energy And Severe Exhaustion

Question: My energy levels have decreased during the last one year and I get exhausted quickly during my daily walks . My annual tests were fine . Can you advise some supplements and diet ?

Can you recommend generic names of the supplements you mentioned?

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
For your condition , to be exhausted quickly and will annual tests being normal , I am inclined to think in terms some metabolic disorder- for which you should consult an endocrinologist.
In the meantime start vitamin E 400 IU daily ( available in cap form) , Vit b Complex daily and Vitamin D 60000 units weekly ( available in caps ,sachets) and Vit C 500mg daily As chewable tablets. I would also suggest high protein diet to build up stamina.
