Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nerve Pain

Question: hi i was dealing with a doctor Dr. XXXXXXX Tayal.. I would like to ask a question. i had an injection three weeks ago.there is still no improvement.it was a nerve pulse injection. i would really appreciate if you could let me know if it it is avisable to have another injection

would a operation in my case be of help of physiotherapy.. the pain is dreadful..is this normal for a scan like mine.. would a nerve block be any better

If the pain is severe then a nerve block would be a better option. Surgery does not retard the disease progression and takes a long time to heal. It can be associated with other complications also.
