I can understand your concern. You have been diagnosed with depressive disorder and have pain symptoms.

If we consider the antidepressants then I will choose from either any SSRI drugs or SNRI drugs. Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Escitalopram etc are SSRI drugs. Venlafaxine, Duloxetine etc are SNRI drugs. I'd have preferred Escitalopram for relief in your case.

So far which drugs have been given to you (apart from Trintellix)?
