I am currently going to a pain management clinic. I've. had steroid injections as well as radio frequency. I have spinal stenosis in my cervical spine and lumbar as well as arthritis, degenerative disease. I'm trying to avoid surgery. I thought a new treatment I had not heard of might be out there. I definitely don't want to go to the Laser Spine Institute. Read too many horror stories about their treatment centers. Just meat markets and surgery for pure profit.

I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering that much. In such situations of canal stenosis aggravated by arthritis pain becomes very severe and barely gets controlled by medicines. In such situations surgery needs to be done. I would suggest you to compare different centers of spine surgery and then decide one center with more merits & go for it. It is the only step that will help you in relieving the pain. Every procedure has merits as well as demerits. One needs to way which procedure has more benefits and needs to opt it.
