Brief Answer:
might be fibrosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Burning sensation from spicy stuff can be due to oral submucous fibrosis. it causes burning sensation when eating hot and spicy food.

It can also be because of burning mouth syndrome.

If i were your treating doctor i would advise you to avoid hot and spicy food.

Take antioxidants with lycopene and beta carotene for 3 months.

Apply kenacort gel over the affected area of mouth.

Hope this answer helps.

Take care.
