Brief Answer:
Need to find the cause of pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. We can assist you in understanding your suffering and the ways to reach a diagnosis and treatment but I regret,we cannot provide a prescription for medicine. You have to visit your local doctor for the same.
My suggestion would be to find the cause of your knee pain by clinical and MRI examination. The drug tramadol is a pain killer only and does not affect the basic cause.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
