Brief Answer:
you are most probably having chronic parotitis due to parotid stones .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having chronic parotitis due to parotid stones .

In my opinion , small mouth & wisdom teeth has no relation to parotid stones .

Poor oral hygiene , dry mouth can cause chronic parotitis & parotid stones .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Regular Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily &
drinks plenty of fluids .

Consider for Paroidectomy since you are having Recurring parotitis with stones & scars inside duct difficult to treat.

You will get relief .
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
