Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pharyngitis

Question: hi,
my ent says I have chronic Granular pharyngitis. and has prescribed ceplox tz for 5 days and h2 o2 gargling for two weeks ..

I have noticed ( and felt with tongue) small granular nodes in soft palate and pillar of mouth .(photo attached . is this normal and then there is a mother nodule on my uvula. I am depressed about all this.. I used to smoke for 7 year but quit 6 months ago. I drink very occasionally. please help

You are having chronic pharyngitis as per your pictures.
Take the medicines as prescribed. Alongwith these also take a combination of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase twice daily.
Instead of h2o2 gargles take hexidine gargles.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
Take all for a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.

The granular feeling is due to mucositis. Don't worry it doesn't seem to be cancerous in your case.
Apply candid mouth paint along with the medicines as prescribed earlier.
