Brief Answer:
Chronic pharyngitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Granules on soft palate and anterior pillars can be due to pharyngitis or some fungal infection.
Please send me the pictures of your throat so that I can suggest you better.
Start using hexidine gargles and take tablet vitamin c once daily.
Avoid any smoking or tobacco use.
Also tell me do you have any history of frequent nasal infections?
Follow up with the required information so that I can prescribe you accordingly.
Thanks and regards
