Question : I need an ent specialist for chronic sinus congestion, ct scan showed something there need to find a dr close to me

2. From what you have said, this seems to be chronic sinusitis.

3. Endoscopic Sinus Surgery is a routine surgery that can be done at any major ENT institute nearby.

4. However, current trends are towards avoiding surgery by isotonic and hypertonic saline nasal douching, medication with steroid nasal sprays, anti-allergic medication, steam inhalation and Balloon Sinuplasty.
