Chronic tonsillitis

Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
White debris on tonsils is a sign of chronic tonsillitis. Both tonsils are enlarged due to this only. It is nothing to be worried about. If you have repeated throat infections than you should go for tonsillectomy.
Use hexidine gargles.
Take vitamin c once daily
Any further questions are always welcome.
Thanks and regards
