Question: I have had a large lump that secretes clear fluid n blood between testicals n anus been there for couple years I'm 46 white male

The space between the testicles and anus is called the perineum. Sometimes the skin of that area can become infected, or material can become blocked off and accumulate in the skin. If that is what is happening, the treatment is for it to be incised (a little opening is made) and drained. If the doctor thinks it is necessary, after drainage he/she may pack the wound with a special type of thin material that helps prevent the wound from filling up again.
If you suspect that this is an infection (tender, warm), until you see the doctor, you can apply heat to the lump a few times a day with a wet wash cloth for several minutes.
Without seeing the lump, it is also possible that the lump is from other causes - all of which should be checked out, especially since it's been 2 years.
I strongly encourage you to have your lump looked at by a physician soon.
