Question : about 7 weeks ago , had clear drip from nose for days , severe fatique for a few days, went to DR , took 2 rounds of antibodics , no swelling throat not red , ears not red no fever , wenr to ENT , bloodwork and chest x ray is ok, also took nasal spray , and blocker for acid refux , also did netipot
now have pressure in sinuses and temple, tired , have post nasal drip with occasional cough and feel tired , no fever

not sure what do do next

Hi, welcome to HCM, I think you have taken enough heavy medication. I want you to do the following---

Take a cough syrup with Bromhexine and Guaphenesin morning and evening (not at night) .
A Monteleukast and Fexophenadine preparation after dinner.
Steam inhalation with Eucalyptus oil twice a day.
A good Vitamin B complex capsule with vitamin C

All these are for 10 days or till you are fine.
