Question: Hi, i had a fall in my kitchen yesterday and i hit my head on the kitchen wall. I noticed that my ear on the side where i hit my head is a little clogged and i am feeling small sensations in my head, no headaches though. Should I see a physician?

Brief Answer:
Some soreness and clogged feeling is normal in such a situation.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
In case of a fall, it is not unusual to get some soreness and sensations at or around the injury site. But that is not what we get concerned about in case of a head injury. In a head injury internal hemorrhage is what concerns us. But in such a case ominous signs of head injury are found. They consist of vomiting, unbearable headache, loss of consciousness and convulsions. If that is not the case, I do not think that you need to worry. I would suggest you to see a physician only if the ominous signs of head injury are present or if there is somthing that you feel to be beyond your control, not otherwise.
Hope that helps.
Regards
